It can be very frustrating when a network goes down at a client’s site. Because MPG-online understands the feeling of frustration, we strive to troubleshoot the network (detect the problem and fix it) as quickly as possible to get the client back up and running. Network service that we perform includes software upgrades on current network hardware. We can also evaluate clients’ current networks and make recommendations that will provide for a stronger, faster, network. Service work is a proactive measure that helps clients maintain the most up-to-date software as well as reliable connections on an ongoing basis.
